 Change to our Worship schedule

We are pleased to announce that the number of English language services at Christ Church will be increasing. From now on we will now hold a 9.30am English Eucharist on every Sunday of the year except for just six sundays when we will join the Japanese congregation at the later time of 11am. The combined services will take place on the first Sunday of January, March, May, July, September and November.

Sunday School

Children of all ages are welcome at Christ Church!

For more information of Sunday school activities please contact Audrey Brown

Church Flowers and Cleaning

YCC continues to provide flowers, normally for the 1st Sunday of the month, subject to Yamate Sei Ko Kai events and schedule. Contact Noriko Hasegawa if you would donate flowers on a future date.

Since we are a small congregation, YSK do not expect us to join the regular roster for cleaning but we did pledge full support twice a year, at which time please lend your support; many hands make light work and a couple of hours will be much appreciated.

Making Music ~ Praising God!

If you would like to contribute to the music ministry here at Christ Church please send us a message through the contact page. You can sign up to our weekly email that includes the hymns for the coming Sunday. We welcome all instruments, so long as you're prepared to turn up for the practice on Sundays at 9am.

YCC Groups

Christ Church has a low-traffic Yahoo Group mostly used for announcements and discussion of upcoming events.

John Berg's memoirs

We are pleased to have copies of John Berg's memoirs available at Christ Church. Entitled 'One More Step' the book offers a fascinating insight into his journey thus far. If you want a copy, they're available in the Rectory during coffee hour. A donation to cover the printing costs is requested - ¥500
